The Mustard sauce is so nice tangy slightly but so tasty, I have done this before with pork tenderloin also lovely ♥️#Chicken

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan. Then add the Chicken fry for 5 minutes stirring

Add the mushrooms and fry with chicken for a further 6 mins

Make a well in the middle and pour in the wine and let it bubble and boil to reduce alcohol for 2 minutes then add the boiling water and stir

Add the Shallots and stir

Add both the mustards and stir well turn heat down cook for 1 minute

Lastly add the cream and stir in simmer for 1 minute and add the cornflour and mix to slightly thicken

Serve with new potatoes or fries, homemade chips also
