
Crispy Peanut Butter Balls

Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat, throw in Millet

Shake pan until it smells toasted about 3 min

Mix Peanut Butter, Powdered Sugar, Flour and Vanilla until a dough is formed.

Once its done mix in Millet and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make balls with the dough, about the size of walnuts and put them on the baking sheet. You should get about 24.

Place the baking sheet with balls in the freezer for 30 min

Melt the chocolate chips in the sauce pan until smooth. Heat on low for about 3 min
- 8
After 30 min take the balls out and slowly lower them in the chocolate using a fork.
