Ingredients

2 cupsflour
4 tsp.baking powder
1 tbsp.sugar
1 tsp.salt
2eggs (separate and beat whites to soft peaks)
4 tsp.butter
1 1/2 cupmilk

Steps

Beat egg yolks in milk with melted butter. Add to flour and dry ingredients.

Add egg whites and blend.

Pour 1/4 - 1/2 cup of batter into skillet or electric frying pan.

Top with strawberry jam and whipped cream.
