Ingredients

  • cupsFlour -2
  • Eggs -2
  • 2 tbspButter -
  • cupMilk -1/2
  • cupSugar -1/2
  • Pinchsalt
  • Honey (for garnishing)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • tbspBaking powder -1/2

Steps

  1. 1

    Put flour in a bowl, add the sugar, butter, baking powder, milk, pinch of salt.

  2. 2

    Add water and mix all ingredients in the bowl together, add whisked eggs and mix again until a slightly thick paste is formed.

  3. 3

    Add little drops of vegetable oil in a frying pan, and fry flat pancakes, flip the other side to fry, continue same process until paste is finished.

  4. 4

    Pour drops of honey on the pancakes for garnishing.

  5. 5

    Tadaaaah! Your pancakes are ready.
