Steps

Marinate the boneless chicken pieces with curd,fresh cream,cheese, paste of ginger garlic &. Green chilli paste, crushed black pepper and white pepper, kasoori methi, garam masala powder, lemon juice salt Mix them well.

Keep it for marination for at least 1 hour.

After marination add oil and cornflour & mix it well.

Now pierce chicken cubes one in skewer, chicken is nicely marinated, so it will pierce easily.

Without oven (with Tava). Heat a pan brush 1/2 tablespoon butter and spread it.

Add chicken pieces immediately to avoid burning of butter.

Do not over crowd the pan.

Cover with lid & cook on high flame for 2 min.

After cooking it for 2 minutes on one side, we'll flip it over

Simmer the flame and cover it with lid and cook for 5 minutes.
