Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 250 gmBoneless chicken
  • 1/2 cupCurd/ yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoonCheese
  • 1 tablespoonPaste of ginger garlic and green chillies
  • 1/2 tspKasoori methi/Dried Fenugreek leave
  • 1 tspGaram masala powder
  • 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  • 2 tablespoonCorn flour
  • 2 tablespoonOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the boneless chicken pieces with curd,fresh cream,cheese, paste of ginger garlic &. Green chilli paste, crushed black pepper and white pepper, kasoori methi, garam masala powder, lemon juice salt Mix them well.

    Keep it for marination for at least 1 hour.

    After marination add oil and cornflour & mix it well.

  4. 4

    Now pierce chicken cubes one in skewer, chicken is nicely marinated, so it will pierce easily.

    Without oven (with Tava). Heat a pan brush 1/2 tablespoon butter and spread it.

  6. 6

    Add chicken pieces immediately to avoid burning of butter.

  7. 7

    Do not over crowd the pan.

  8. 8

    Cover with lid & cook on high flame for 2 min.

  9. 9

    After cooking it for 2 minutes on one side, we'll flip it over

  10. 10

    Simmer the flame and cover it with lid and cook for 5 minutes.

    After 5 minutes open the lid and cook it.an high flame until the water gets dry. Cook out until you get nice grill marks. Now heat in g

    On high flame slightly roast the chicken pieces to get the smokey flavour
