Ingredients

  1. 500 gmssorghum flour
  2. 200 gmssugar
  3. 150 gmsmargarine/butter
  4. 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  5. 1 tablespoonginger
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1 teaspoonvanilla essence
  8. 160 mlvanilla yoghurt
  9. 60 mlmilk
  10. 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add in the margarine and rub in to form crumbs

  3. 3

    Add in the egg and vanilla essence

  4. 4

    Add in the yoghurt and milk little by little as you knead to form a soft dough

  5. 5

    Roll it out and cut desired shapes or you can hand mould into required shape

  6. 6

    Arrange on a baking try lined with parchment paper

  7. 7

    Bake in at 140°C for 15 mins. Enjoy
