Wash your okro and grate, pound your crayfish and pepper and keep aside.

Wash your goat meat, boil with seasoning, curry and thyme. When soft, add your pepper,crayfish, dawadawa and water, allow to boil before adding your okro. Add a pinch of salt and allow to cook whilst stiring ocassionally to avoid rising because of the potash. Add your seasoning and salt to taste, walaaa.....your soup is ready.

Serve with hot semo, wheat, tuwo or any swallow of your choice.
