Steps

Mix custard powder in one cuo cool milk

Boil rest milk with sugar. When sugar will melt put off the flame and add custard powder. Boil in low flame with constant stiring.

When milk will thick put off the flame and add vanilla essence.

Pour in a airtight container and put overnight in freezer.

In the morning blend it for4minutes.Add fresh cream and blend for 7 minutes.

Again put into airtight container. Close with aluminium foil and put into freezer for 8 hours. And then serve.
