Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cupmaida (refined flour)
  2. 1 cupPowdered sugar
  3. 1 1/4 tspBaking powder
  4. 1 tspBaking soda
  5. 1/2oil/butter
  6. 1 1/4 tspVanilla essence
  7. 1/2 cupMilk
  8. as neededFresh fruits chopped for decoration (kiwi, apple,etc.)
  9. as neededChocolate chips
  10. as neededWhipping cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve all dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Add all wet ingredients to dry ingredients and fold slowly.

  3. 3

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-45 mins or until done.

  4. 4

    Let it cool on wire rack at room temperature.

  5. 5

    Whip the cream and coat the cake with cream.

  6. 6

    Decorate with fruits and chips.
