Steps

Wash and clean ur fish wit salt water. Also wash ur Scent leave wit salt water after picking den slice. Wash nd dice your fresh tomotoes nd pepper

Dice ur onions, nd set ur pot on fire add little oil preheat nd add your onion to it. Allow to fry a sec nd add ur diced tomatoes. Cover to boil for 5 mins.

Add ur pepper, smoked fish, sausage, nd seasoning cube cover nd allow to boil for 3 mins den add ur scent leave nd put down but covet to simmer

Can be used to serve, rice, yam, plantain, potatoes or even eaten alone as a meal for weight lose just alternate wit Coconut Oil or Olive Oil
