Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1 cupSama Rice flour
  2. Salt sendha (rock salt) As required
  3. 1 tspCumin seeds
  4. 1Capsicum chopped
  5. 2 TspPaneer greted
  6. 1 tspGreen chilli chopped
  7. 1 tspCoriander leave
  8. 1 tspSugar
  9. 2 TspCurd
  10. 2 tspGhee dessi
  11. 2 tspTomato puri
  12. 1 tspBlack pepper crushed
  13. 1Potato boil & mashed

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl seave the flour add salt. Add sugar,,curd,mix it.

  2. 2

    Add some water make a thick batter,keep it a side for 20 miniute.

  3. 3

    It will be like a dough.

  4. 4

    Make 2 balls from this batter.

  5. 5

    Keep it in preheated oven 10 mimiutes.

  6. 6

    Take it out from the oven. Keep it a side.

  7. 7

    In a Heat pan add ghee,put cumin in it,let it crakle.add tomato puree.

  8. 8

    Add chilli, salt, capsicum, paneer.saute it.

  9. 9

    Add Black pepper & coriander leaf.

  10. 10

    Remove it from the gas.

  11. 11

    Take rice balls cut it in the middle.fill prepared veggies in it.sprinkle some ghee on it.

  12. 12

    Keep it 5 miniutes in preheated oven.

  13. 13

    Serve it hot with sweet & sour chutney.
