Steps

Dry roast poha. Take a wok. Heat. Put poha and roast it on a low flame. Keep stirring. Cook till poha is crisp.

Now take out poha from wok and keep aside. Add oil in wok. Heat. Add chopped green chillies, curry Pata, sing and daaliya. Fry till they are brown in colour. Add kishmish.

Now add roasted poha in it. Mix well. Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix. Add sugar. Mix. Cook till it is crunchy.

Store in an air tight container. Enjoy😊
