  9. cream cheese
  10. 4eggs
  11. 6 slicescheese
  12. hot sauce
  13. Milk for making gravy

Cooking Instructions

60 mins
  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 450° Cook the 8 sausage patties and render your fat. Set patties and fat aside with 1/4 cup of flour. Fat and flour is for gravy

  2. 2

Make the basic bicuit mix on the bisquick box. Add basil, crushed red peppers, salt & pepper to biscuit mix.

  3. 3

Roll dough in your hands and make as many flat biscuits as you can to line the bottom of a cast iron pan.

  4. 4

Once your dough is rolled, place a spoonful of cream cheese on each biscuit and put a sausage patty on the top of all the biscuits and cream cheese

  5. 5

Scramble your eggs. (Add spices for your taste). Pour eggs over biscuits and sausage.

  6. 6

Add cheese to the top of your mix. You dont have to use sliced cheese, its just what i had. I like it a bit crispy and burnt anyways.

  7. 7

Place cast iron in oven uncovered and bake for 20 minutes. Check at about 15 minutes to make sure biscuits are not doughy. There will be a crispy layer of eggs around the outside of the biscuits. Make sure you scrape this into your bowl when you serve it.

  8. 8

Now you make your flour, milk and grease gravy. Make a rue with grease and flour add milk. Cook until creamy and thick. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  9. 9

Once your bake is done, smother with gravy, eat and be fat and happy
