Steps

Take a mixture & put mawa, singhare kaa aata & milk...& Prepare a smooth batter

Take a batter in a bowl & keep it for 15-20 minutes

Now take a pan & make syrup, take 1 cup sugar & water- boil it & cook till it dissolves the sugar competely...& add small cardomam and mix it

Now off the flame & keep the syrup aside to cool down...

Now take a pan & add ghee for deep frying...

Now add some amount of batter in the ghee & fry it in low flame....fry till it turns in golden brown colour

Now take the fried malpua in a plate & do the same with rest of the batter

Now deep the fried malpua in the syrup....and then take a plate & place the malpua & congeal further

Now garnish the malpua with the help of dry fruits like pistachio

Your Delicious mawa malpua is ready to eat....
