Ingredients

  • 3 cupsheavy cream / Double cream / whipping cream
  • 1plastic container with lid
  • 1strainerb

Steps

  1. 1

    Whip cream on medium high speed,until fluffy and light, for about 4-5minutes

  2. 2

    Collect all the butter and make a ball. Press this ball to remove all the the buttermilk, remove as much as you can.

  3. 3

    Strain buttermilk and refrigerate it. Use it later

  4. 4

    Store butter in an airtight container
