You can do this recipe in left over string hoppers and it can be in veg, non-veg, and also seafood. Seafood especially I love doing it with prawns.

You can do this recipe in left over string hoppers and it can be in veg, non-veg, and also seafood. Seafood especially I love doing it with prawns.
Steps

Pressure cook mutton for 25 min along with ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder coriander powder and salt

Sprinkle coconut milk in idiyapam mixture and let it marinate for half hour
- 3
Take a kadai add oil, onion, ginger garlic paste and green chilli saute for few minutes

Add tomato, coriander leaves, pudina leaves and biriyani masala and let it cook until oil separates from gravy.

Add garam masala and the cooked mutton mixture. Pour water and let it stand for 10 min in sim

Once it becomes semi gravy add the string hopper and mix it.

Note: you can add spices according to your taste.
