2 cupWheat flour
To tastesalt
Oil for frying
2 tspOil for mohan
1/2 tspHaldi
1 tspRed chilli powder
1/2 tspAjwain
2Chopped green chillies
2 tspChopped coriander
1/2 cupbesan

Mix all ingredients except oil for frying

Make a soft dough

Make small small balls
4

Then give shape of puri and fry it

Masala puri is ready serve it with curd
