Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprajgiri flour
  2. 1 cupcup boiled,cooled and mashed potatoes
  3. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  4. Rock salt as required
  5. 1 tspfinally chopped green chillies
  6. 2 tspchopped coriander
  7. Oil as required

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl add rajgiri flour, boiled potatoes, black pepper powder,salt mix well and make a dough.

  2. 2

    The dough should not to be
    Sticky.

  3. 3

    Next make patties with dough and fry them in hot oil and ghee. Serve with falahari green chutney.
