1 cupcup boiled,cooled and mashed potatoes
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
Rock salt as required
1 tspfinally chopped green chillies
2 tspchopped coriander
Oil as required

In a large bowl add rajgiri flour, boiled potatoes, black pepper powder,salt mix well and make a dough.

The dough should not to be
Sticky.

Next make patties with dough and fry them in hot oil and ghee. Serve with falahari green chutney.
