Ingredients

  • 1/2 ltrmilk
  • 1/2 cupsemolina
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 10-15 pcscashew, raisins, almonds and few strands of saffron

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the milk in a pan, add semolina and stir for next 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Add sugar, dry fruits,saffron and stir again for five minutes on low flame

  3. 3

    Garnish with dry fruits.
