1/2 ltrmilk
1/2 cupsemolina
1/2 cupsugar
10-15 pcscashew, raisins, almonds and few strands of saffron

Boil the milk in a pan, add semolina and stir for next 5 minutes

Add sugar, dry fruits,saffron and stir again for five minutes on low flame

Garnish with dry fruits.
