  • Stuffing mix
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Onion diced
  • Carrots shredded
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Egg
  • Puff pastry

Steps

  1. 1

    Prep all ingredients

    Mix all ingredients

    Pre heat oven to 400'

  4. 4

    Lay out 2 pieces of puff pastry place a line of mix in center and brush egg around edges place top and seal then brush more egg on top

  5. 5

    Bake for approximately 20 mins or until golden brown....I could have baked mine a little longer
