Take a bowl soak chana daal for 2hrs. Now after 2hrs. Drain the water from from daal,Take 1|2 cup of chana daal and keep it aside and grind chana daal, cinnamon stick and dry red chilli roughly, without using water.

Now in the grinded chana daal add all the remaining ingredients and also 1|2 cup chana daal kept aside.

Now make thin tikki shape out of it and deep fry it.
