Firstly heat one spoon oil in a pressure cooker crackle jeera and hing Boil chana dal in pressure cooker 3 whistles.

Strain water,slightly warm dal take a mixture jar, grind make chana dal dough

Take chana dough in a large bowl,add garlic paste, Garam Masala,red chilli powder, roasted turmeric powder, roasted jeera powder and salt mix well

Take wheat dough make medium size ball, filling chana dal paste close nicely make paratha, fry with oil until golden brown and crispy
- 5
Serve hot paratha with kheer and gravy sabji
