Take a bowl and add maida,curd,water and make a viscous batter and keep it aside for half an hour

Add food colour in it

Take a pan, add sugar, water, cardamom and make sugar syrup for jalebi

Take a pan and add ghee. Take a piping bag and add batter in bag
- 5
When ghee become hot, fry jalebi from both sides and make a crisp jalebi
- 6
Add jalebi in syrup for 1 min
- 7
Take it out and serve it hot
