Take a bowl pour tartaric powder, sugar,1/2 cup water and dissolve sugar in water than add gram flour and stir untill all lumps dissolve add some water while making batter but in little little amount

Batter is not much thick and not very drippy than add salt and turmeric powder in it and mix well... than keep it aside for 15 min...after 15 min add baking soda in it and mix well

Take a container and grease container with oil and than pour batter into container take vessel add 2 cup water and put stand in vessel, pre heat for 1 min and place container into vessel flame must be medium cook it for 20 min,after 20 min check it, insert knife into a batter, it should come clean if knife comes clean the batter is cook, if not than cook it for 5 min more....

Take out the container leave it for 5 min. take a pan and pre heat it put 2 table spoon oil than add mustard seeds than add curry leaves cook it than add green chilli than add 1 cup water add sugar cook untill sugar dissolve tadka is ready... separate dhokla from container put it in plate than cut into pieces after than spread tadka over dhokla. dhokla is ready to serve
