Ingredients

10-15mins
3 cups
  1. 800 mlplain water
  2. 200 mlMilk
  3. 2 1/2 Tablespoonsugar
  4. 115 gPorridge flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Measure your flour in a cup.

    Add milk and mix until you get a smooth paste

    Pour it in hot water, under medium heat

    Start mixing with your wooden spoon continously to avoid lumps, mix it until well combined.

    When you see bubbles, you can add sugar.

    Reduce heat to medium low, keep an eye on it as it can overflow.

  7. 7

    Remove and serve warm/hot.
