Cook the onions and butter without colour. Add the stock, add the rice, cover with a lid and allow it to cook. Mix with the cooked peas.

Cook the meat in a saucepan for about 10minutes. Add the ingredients (onions, tomatoes, oil, salt & pepper). Add wheat flour and stir. Add the stock, cover with a lid and allow it to simmer for about 30minutes.

Add oil in a saucepan, add the cabbage and grated carrots, add salt and pepper to taste, stir and cook for 2minutes
