Ingredients

  • 4 cupBoiled Basmati rice
  • 2 cupchopped Vegetables (capsicum, carrot, onion, potato, cauliflower, tomato, beans and vegetable which you like to add)
  • as neededOil/ghee
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspHaldi (turmeric)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1 tbspKhade masala(dal chini, badi Elaichi, black pepper, clove)
  • 1 tbspCashewnuts
  • 1 tbspGreen coriander for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil khade masale kaju then fry

  2. 2

    Add vegetables fry it for 10-12 minutes

  3. 3

    Add masala
