Ingredients

  1. 4 cupBoiled Basmati rice
  2. 2 cupchopped Vegetables (capsicum, carrot, onion, potato, cauliflower, tomato, beans and vegetable which you like to add)
  3. as neededOil/ghee
  4. to tasteRed chilli powder
  5. 1 tspHaldi (turmeric)
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspGaram masala
  8. 1 tbspKhade masala(dal chini, badi Elaichi, black pepper, clove)
  9. 1 tbspCashewnuts
  10. 1 tbspGreen coriander for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil khade masale kaju then fry

  2. 2

    Add vegetables fry it for 10-12 minutes

  3. 3

    Add masala
