4 cupBoiled Basmati rice
2 cupchopped Vegetables (capsicum, carrot, onion, potato, cauliflower, tomato, beans and vegetable which you like to add)
as neededOil/ghee
to tasteRed chilli powder
1 tspHaldi (turmeric)
to tasteSalt
1 tspGaram masala
1 tbspKhade masala(dal chini, badi Elaichi, black pepper, clove)
1 tbspCashewnuts
1 tbspGreen coriander for garnishing

Take a pan add oil khade masale kaju then fry

Add vegetables fry it for 10-12 minutes

Add masala

Add lemon juice and boiled Basmati rice and garnish with coriander
5

Serve hot with vegetable pachdi and papad
