Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgwashed and soaked basmati rice
  2. 1 cupfrozen peas
  3. 1 tspCumin seeds
  4. 3 tspghee
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 2cloves

Steps

  1. 1

    First in a pan add ghee cumin and peas and let it crackle and put cloves and keep aside

  2. 2

    In a rice vessel add basmati rice and water and salt......and cook when it boils add the crackle cumin peas and cloves.... and cook rice till water dries and serve hot with dal...
