Take a cup of flour in a bowl. Add 1 cup water, mix and beat the mixture using hands for 10 mins. Cover them and set aside in a warm place to ferment.

Heat some ghee in a pan.

Warm sugar syrup in a deep pan.Add water and mix with sugar and let it all come to a boil. Once it comes to a boil, add cardamom powder, saffron strand and lemon juice.
Let it simmer till syrup becomes sticky and form a one string consistency basically place a drop of syrup in between your thumb and index finger and then when you move fingers away from each other, it should form a single thread. If you can’t get consistency, just make it sticky. Keep the syrup warm.

Add remaining flour to the fermented mixture and whisk.Add vanilla essence and whisk well.
Transfer the mixture to a squeeze bottle.

Squeeze out the batter directly into hot ghee and shallow fry on medium heat from both sides till golden brown and crisp. Drain the jalebi in sugar syrup and soak for 1 minute. Drain on a plate.

Line a silicon mould with 1 jalebi each place 1 scoop of mango ice cream, vanilla ice-cream, strawberry ice-cream on top of prepared mould each. Cover with another jalebi and lightly press. Freeze for 10 - 15 minutes.

Demould and coat the sides of strawberry ice-cream sandwich with pistachio, mango ice-cream sandwich with almonds, and vanilla ice-cream sandwich with dry rose petal.

Serve cold and immediately.

Instant Ice Cream Preparation Steps

Whipping cream and the condensed milk can in the fridge. It really helps to speed up the whipping when all the ingredients are chilled, especially in hot places.
Pour out the cream into the bowl. - 11
Beat it using a hand mixer. Add the sweetened condensed milk to this. Continue beating again until it blends well. It will become smooth and creamy.

Pour into freezer safe containers. Freeze overnight or for hours. Enjoy soft ice cream with a drizzle of chocolate sauce or caramel sauce.

Vanilla Ice Cream: Add 1 tbsp of good quality vanilla extract while making the base ice cream.

Strawberry Ice Cream: Make a strawberry puree using about 8 strawberries, 1/2 cup of water and 2 tbsp of sugar. Take 2 cups of the base ice cream and mix in 1/2 cup of strawberry puree before freezing.

Mango Ice Cream: Use store bought mango puree or make one at home using 1 ripe mango. Mix 1/4 cup of mango puree with 2 cups of base ice cream. Also mix in 1/4 cup of chopped mango pieces.
