Ingredients

20 to 30 mnts
  1. 1 cupleftover khichdi
  2. 3 tspbesan(gram flour)
  3. 1finely chopped onion
  4. 1green chilli
  5. 1 tspchopped garlic and ginger
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1 tspcoriander leaves
  9. to tastesalt

  1. 1

    Mash leftover khichdi.

  2. 2

    Add onions,green chilli, garlic, ginger,coriander leaves,all spices,salt and now add besan for binding you can also use some water in this mixture if needed.

  3. 3

    Now mix all ingredients well make kebabs and fry them on medium heat.
