I used leftover khichdi for this kebabs and add some spices ,this fried and spicy kebabs apt with chai and also can be use in kids tiffin.

1 cupleftover khichdi
3 tspbesan(gram flour)
1finely chopped onion
1green chilli
1 tspchopped garlic and ginger
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspcumin seeds
1 tspcoriander leaves
to tastesalt

Mash leftover khichdi.

Add onions,green chilli, garlic, ginger,coriander leaves,all spices,salt and now add besan for binding you can also use some water in this mixture if needed.

Now mix all ingredients well make kebabs and fry them on medium heat.
