Take Basil, olive oil, garlic,salt, nuts make a fine paste of it. Pesto sauce is ready.

Take a paneer and cut it into big block, then scoop it in middle and make a hole then take a paneer which you scoop it and crumb it and mix chesse and salt and then fill it in hole and marinated it with some pesto paste and cooked it in tandoori.

Then take some oil in pan hot it then mix pesto sauce and cook for some time. Then add some water and add paneer and mix it well Tika pesto paneer ready.

Now boli the rice. Take some oil in pan and hot it then add chopped onion chopped tomato salt and cooked it for some time when tomato will Cook add rice and salt to taste. Tomato rice ready. Served it with Tika pesto paneer.
