#TastyTenDays I need to go shopping so this was made from what I had left in the fridge and freezer. Where do vegans get their protein? With the cashews, peas and wheat noodles this has over 25g of protein without even trying. Where do vegans get their iron? There’s plenty of iron in the nuts plus combining it with high vitamin C sources increases the absorption.
