Boil milk add sugar. Add saffron (soak for 15 min in lukewarm water) Let milk boil on slow flame for 10 minutes & keep stirring

Add chopped almond & pistachio & cook for 10 minutes.

In a pan heat ghee add sevai & cook on slow heat for 3-4 minutes. Once the sevai cools. Add to milk & cook for 5 minutes.

Garnish with nuts. Serve hot or on room temperature.
