Ingredients

  • 1 small cupsabudana
  • 3boiled potatoes
  • 2-3 tspHara dhaniya
  • 4green chillies
  • 1 piece of ginger paste
  • 8-10 piecesroasted peanut
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil
  • 4-5 spoontaplir
  • 1/2 tspJeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak saboodana for 3 to 5 hours.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients to make Wada

    A picture of step 2 of Sabudana Wada.
  3. 3

    To make Wada dough tight to add tapkir(4 to 5 spoon).

  4. 4

    Take a small piece of dough and make a tight round ball.

  5. 5

    Add some oil to fry it till it becomes brown.

  6. 6

    Serve it with chutney.

  7. 7

    Enjoy!!!!
