Take a bowl put both the flours in it.Add salt,2-3tsp oil, ajwain, chilli powder and black pepper.Mix well.

Now add little water at a time and knead a tight dough.Keep aside half an hour.

Heat oil in a wok.

Take small ball out from above dough.Roll it over board with rolling pin.Prick with fork all over little.

Now take cutter or a knife and cut into horizontal strips.Then vertical strips.

Put them in hot oil for frying.Fry on slow heat till golden in colour.

Take out once fried on a tissue paper.Store in airtight container.Stays good for a month.

Crisp and savoury Namakpare are ready.
