Lebanese Bulgur with Tomatoes

Sauté the onions and ground beef in olive oil until well browned.

Add the tomatoes and cook over low heat until they soften and the mixture thickens. Add salt.

Stir in the bulgur, tomato paste, water, and more salt if needed (to taste).

Cover the pot and cook over low heat until the bulgur is tender. Serve with vegetables.
