Take 11/2 cup gram flour add red chilli flakes and salt

Make smooth batter

Cut sides of bread slice

Spread mayonnaise of your choice on all the slices

Spread leftover sabzi and cover another slice of bread on it

Deep into batter

And deep fry

Keep on tissue paper for sometime to remove access oil

Cut into 2 pcs inside view

And serve with garama garam chai
