Ingredients

4tomatoes chopped
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/4 cupdates deseeded and chopped
1 packetaam papad chopped
1 tspfive spices (panchphoran)
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper five spices

Add tomatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover

As tomatoes get soft add chopped dates and aam papad
4

Cover it till it is soft and moist
5

Add sugar and mix well
6

Serve it at the end of a meal
