Aloo chane ki sabji

Firstly take oil in pan and place on the heat.

Add cumin seeds, cardamom, green chilli saute till they aromatic.

Add onion and mix well.

Add chopped tomatoes or puree.

Now add the tomatoes and all garam masala.

After some time add boiled potatoes and boiled chane.

Mix gently and add some water, salt etc. as per your choice.

Cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.

Finally serve restaurant-style aloo channe with rice and chapati, tandoori roti.
