Ingredients

  • 1 bowlextra-fine semolina
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 5 tablespoonsolive oil or sunflower oil
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the semolina, salt, and oil together.

  2. 2

    Gradually add small amounts of water until you have a dough that is easy to roll out.

  3. 3

    Shape the dough into a ball, roll it out into a round shape, and prick it with a fork.

  4. 4

    Cook in a hot skillet until both sides are golden brown.
