Ingredients

  • 250 gmbrinjle sliced
  • 1onion sliced
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tbspginger garlic
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tastered chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tbspcoriander
  • 4 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add cumin along with ginger garlic

  2. 2

    Now add sliced onion tomato with spices

  3. 3

    Cook for 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Now add baingan and mix cover it...and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes

  5. 5

    It's ready
