Ingredients

  1. 1/2 ltrfull fat milk
  2. 5 spoonsugar
  3. 4 bread slice
  4. 3cardamom
  5. 1 cupsugar for sugar syrup
  6. 1/4 cupwater
  7. 2 spooncorn Flour
  8. Ghee for fry bread
  9. 4 spoonwater for mix corn flour
  10. as neededDryfruits for garnishing

  1. 1

    Add milk in a pan and boiled it,after boil add cardamom and sugar

  2. 2

    Boil for 10 minutes after 10 minutes,add cornflour batter in it and mix well cook till rabri consistency

  3. 3

    Keep aside rabri and keep it cool in freeze

  4. 4

    Add water and sugar in a other pan make a sugar syrup for bread,deep fry the bread slices and cut into your choice shapes.and dip into sugar syrup

  5. 5

    Place fry bread in a serving plate spread rabri and garnish with dryfryits.
