7-8french beans
1Potato
1 tspginger paste
1tomato chopped
2green chillies chopped
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededbutter
1 tspkasuri methi

Chopped the vegetables and blanch adding salt
2

Heat butter and add ginger paste and saute well
3

Add the veggies and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
4

Add green chillies and chopped tomaro saute till it is soft
5

Add sugar and kasuri methi crush and serve with plain chapati
