Ingredients

  1. 30 cmGobo
  2. 1/2Carrot
  3. 1 1/2 Table SpoonSoy Sauce
  4. 1 1/2 Table SpoonMirin
  5. 1 Table SpoonCooking Sake
  6. 2 Tea SpoonTensai Sugar
  7. 1 Table SpoonCooking Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash Gobo well, and peel. Then, cut into match stick long, then put on water.

  2. 2

    Cut Carrot into the same size as Gobo. ※You don't have to put Carrot on water.

  3. 3

    Heat frying pan over medium high, then add oil.

  4. 4

    Take out Gobo from water, and towel dry, then add to 3 to stir fry. Add Carrot as well. Stir fry for about 3〜4 minutes.

    Add Soy Sauce, Mirin, Cooking Sake, and sugar to 4, then turn the heat to low medium. ※You can add 1/2 Tea Spoon of Sesame here if you like.

    Cook until most liquid ir evaporated, then plate to serve.
