Paneer butter masala

Steps

Take a pan add butter and saute paneer cubes keep aside.

Take a pan add oil add ginger,garlic paste after that add onion puree,green chilli and cook for till them little brown.

Now add tomato puree after 4-5 min add fresh cream,reqiured milk and nuts now add all spices and mix it well. Cook for 5-7 min.

Add bay leaf cook for few min.

Now add butter and paneer cubes.

Garnish with coriander leaves and cream and paneer.

Serve with chaapati and naan.
