  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupmargarine
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 1 tsppineapple essence
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 tbspbaking powder

    Prepare the baking tin and pre heat your oven at 180 ° c

  2. 2

    Cream the sugar and margarine until they are fluffy

  3. 3

    Add the egg one after another then add the vanilla and pineapple essence

  4. 4

    Fold in the flour bit by bit alternating with milk and bake for 45 mins
